IMJ Media uses enquiry details only to respond to project requests, discuss services, suggest next steps and manage client communication. The public contact point is hello@imjmedia.co.uk.

The contact form may collect your name, email address, what you sell or provide, what you want to achieve, and any optional details you choose to share, such as your business or organisation, phone number, website or social handle, content type, preferred contact method and budget range. IMJ Media is led by Ishaaq Mahomed Jussab.

If you choose WhatsApp, your message opens in WhatsApp before you send it. If you submit the enquiry form, the website sends the enquiry to IMJ Media through the configured email service. The website is hosted through the chosen hosting provider, and email delivery may be handled by the configured SMTP/email provider. Your details are only accessed by IMJ Media or trusted providers needed to deliver the website, email and client communication. Your details are not sold or shared for unrelated marketing.

Enquiry details are kept only for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and manage any related client communication. If the enquiry does not become an active project, details should be deleted when they are no longer useful for follow-up. To ask about your details, email hello@imjmedia.co.uk.

You can ask to access, correct or delete enquiry information held about you. If consent is used for any future optional marketing, you can withdraw that consent at any time. If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can contact IMJ Media first or raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

If analytics, advertising pixels, payment tools or external form services are added later, this policy should be updated before those tools go live, and non-essential cookies or tracking should not be set before consent where consent is required.
